  Didn’t meet expectations- needs attention

  Liked: Location with dedicated parking

  Disliked: Bathroom door swollen/sticking and no lock. Laminate floors showing raised wear and chips. Blinds not working smoothly Overuse of diffuser scents Cooker hob was turned off and after much searching discovered the isolator at skirting level hidden behind the pan drawer. Non- compliant?

  Clean apartment well located

  Liked: It was in a very convenient location for us attending an event in Wrexham. It had everything we needed. Instructions for entry were easy to follow.

  Disliked: It would benefit from instructions how to manage the central heating and water.
