Lovely stay for 1 night getaway

Liked: I liked the atmosphere and the bed was super comfortable.

Disliked: I could have done with some help up to my room given my luggage and a toddler in toe. The cleanliness wasnt 10/10 and it was a bit noisy with other guests.

Liked: Dated to say the least … staff were ok but seemed like they were understaffed which was odd as hotel wasn’t busy, food was overpriced and room was adequate but not what I’d expect for the price

Very enjoyable and would definitely stay again

Liked: Excellent room - suite in fact. Very comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. Staff were very welcoming. Lovely, quiet location with country views from room. Well placed, near main road but set back far enough for there to be no noise.

Disliked: There were a few issues with breakfast - some items running out making for a long wait. Perhaps not enough staff around to keep it up to the mark.

  Beautiful hotel, excellent location

Liked: Absolutely stunning manor, well maintained and staff where very helpful. Location close to the zoo was ideal, parking is easy.

Disliked: Cannot comment on the food, as the lack of staff in the bars prevented us from ordering bar food. The heating in the room did not work, we relied solely on the bathroom radiator for heat.
