Disliked: Check out at 10am is too early - 11am would be better and don't charge £25 for it

Very nice apartment, just short on service

Liked: Good central location. I had the room on the top floor so no noise from the street below. It’s a very large apartment, very well appointed.

Disliked: The bedroom at the rear had a huge window which had a broken slatted blind. This prevented any real privacy in the bedroom. Internet was non existent throughout the whole stay. I stayed here on business and needed a VAT invoice, but despite requesting 3 times, nothing came through. For that I wouldn’t stay again.

  Would come back again

Liked: The great location, beautiful interior design, ease of check in. It was warm on arrival, bath was fantastic and bed was so so comfy. Easy to buy wine in the apartment. Toilet roll and other utensils were provided.

Disliked: Paying an extra 25 quid for a waiver or a deposit of 250 in case of damages that were not listed until after check in. Paid extra for late check out and a woman walked in to the apartment at 11.15am. Check out is 11.30am,, we were nearly ready to leave. So a door knock could have been enough.
