Great location, spacious apartment, ideal for families or small group of friends

Liked: The layout is very spacious. Comfortable beds, having 2 bathrooms is great when staying with kids and the location is amazing for the city centre.

Disliked: Nothing to complain about with the property, but the online check in system did not work and I was unable access the code to enter the property or retrieve the key, despite completing all the online check in information a week in advance and paying in full up front. The situation was eventually resolved and I have received an apology and been advised they are working with the online check-in provider to resolve the issue. I hope they do as I would not want anyone else to suffer the stress that I suffered and it’s a shame, because the rest of our stay was really great.
