  Lovely stay and really charming staff, spoiled by the room and bedding being too hot for comfort

  Liked: Bed was very comfortable, excellent shower, great breakfast, dinner in the evening.

  Disliked: The room was too hot and it was not possible to open a window. The duvet was too thick so at times it was uncomfortably warm during the night, causing broken sleep. Lighting in the bedroom was a bit dark. Lack of parking and I was given a parking ticket after 5 minutes outside while checking in despite the hotel telling me I had 10 minutes grace.

  Good room would return if price was ok

  Liked: The room was very clean. Good temperature and nice to have water

  Disliked: Breakfast was not good value. Drink was cold. Flexibility on order not allowed. Limited choice

  Girls Trip

  Liked: Beautiful very well equipped room. Super comfy bed and pillows. Great view too. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and tasty (we opted for the continental) Bar and restaurant were beautifully decorated. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a superb location.

  Excellent hotel with welcoming staff and very clean room

  Liked: Very welcoming team. Speedy check-in. Clean and well presented room

  Disliked: Having to book breakfast. We booked 9:45, but had to wait 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Loads of staff but only one person taking the order for some reason.

  Very pleasant, would return

  Liked: Loved the location and the bar area. Staff were friendly and efficient. Liked that breakfast was cooked to order not a buffet style.

  Disliked: The only downside for us was that we had a deluxe room with no view, it was frosted glass which didn’t open. I realise this was because the view was poor, but we like to have fresh air in order to sleep. A balcony would have been great. Our friends were given an upgrade on arrival, which was lovely for them, but as it was my birthday (I didn’t say when I booked, so I don’t have a problem with them having it) but maybe on a double booking, both rooms would have been nice.
