Liked: The house was in a great location, close to the city centre. The front bedroom bed was very comfortable.

Disliked: The house wasn't very clean. We had to hoover when we arrived as the sofas were covered in dog hairs and we found a dog toy down the sofa. The front bedroom bed was lovely but the others were uncomfortable and the single one very creaky. The house had a very foisty smell to it. There were five of us but only four forks. Also the back yard was covered in cigarette ends.

    A nice cosy house

Liked: A great location, easy walking to Chester and lovely local shops. Handy parking options too. House was cosy & warm with everything you'd need. Lovely comfy beds.

Disliked: Nothing we didb't like, we'd stay again, just a couple of small niggles. Bath plug needs replacing, it didn't keep the water in. Bin outside was full & there didn't seem to be any recycling containers and just needed a jet wash out there.

Great location, could have been cleaner!

Liked: It was a nice property in a great location. On road parking and close to local amenities.

Disliked: The property was not clean on our arrival. There was clothing items from previous occupants, cotton buds on floor, dirty oven and freezer and the overall impression that the post occupancy clean was not thorough. In fact we ended up hoovering ourselves on the first night. We did submit a complaint and cleaners were sent the next day so appreciate the prompt response.

Disappointing and didn't match the photos. If it had smell-o-vision you wouldn't book this property

Liked: The location was good, the beds comfortable and tvs had streaming services.

Disliked: The house smelled of damp and something unpleasant. The ground floor flooring was filthy and immediately blackened our white socks, so we knew it was the floor causing the dirt. The bathroom had black gunk around the bath and taps. There were 2 folded but stained and smelly tea towels left out in the kitchen. One of the grey setees had a large white stain on the main cushion. There was a large red/brown mark on the dining area wall. The bins needed to be manually lifted over rubbish in the back lane in order to get the bin off the street into the private 'court yard' at the back of the house. The lane also had huge weeds and nettles so difficult to drag the bin into place and I was stung twice on my legs doing this.
