  Great property, great host!

  Liked: Fab location, very warm and well decorated, homely and cosy. Great house for 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs! Fabulous host - really helpful and welcoming.

  Was decent worth price but probably wouldn’t stay again until garden is cleaned neighbours minimise noise between hrs of

  Liked: Felt spacious and cozy Kitchen was lovely Bed were decent slept well once we’d flipped the stained mattress and took the almost clean linen off put our own brand new bedding on

  Disliked: Neighbors must be heavy cannabis & cigarette smokers as the garden was littered with butts and no matter how many times I picked them up each morning the would be more in the exact same spot stench filled whole house upon arrival due to upstairs windows and bathroom window being left open im assuming that was in order to ventilate and make property smell fresh however it did defeated the object Property was not 100% on my personal hygiene rating so I wasn’t exactly satisfied it was tidy and pleasant too the eye button further inspection I wouldn’t say it was professionally cleaned A few amenities started that would be included was missing or stained due to previous use of another guest /guest Mattress and carpet in Main (master) bedroom was stained and the bedding too. Towels smelt and felt damp like they’d been used or not fully dried Shower cubicle and bath tub was very small pictures advertised on an angle where it seems bigger so should probably in led measurement in square meters online Garden did not look how it was presented online Was no staff preset and owner responded quite slowly to email and sms

  We really liked the house, the room sizes are great and kitchen had everything we needed

  Liked: Location was great, if I am being picky the only slight issue was parking. We had to park a few streets away and having young children and pouring rain wasn’t ideal. But it didn’t dampen our stay.

  Disliked: There is a downstairs bathroom, which took some time to adjust as we kept forgetting and going upstairs to shower and coming back down.

  Great place for a short stay

  Liked: Clean, comfortable and brilliant location

  Disliked: Missed a few little things like hairdryer, washing machine would be helpful and didn't realise parking restrictions.
