Locals (including taxi driver at station) had never heard of City Walls Gathering

Liked: The taxi driver at the station had never heard of the City Walls Gathering! Even with the postcode, he could not take us to the place; and no one I asked locally had heard of it either. It was only when I rang you that "Outlook" was mentioned, and that people HAD heard of, so we were able to find it. Yes, Outlook is mentioned in the link you provided, which I admit I hadn't clicked on before I arrived; but please consider mentioning "Outlook" prominently in the entry, as that would save confusion and wasted time (and therefore annoyed reviews like this one)!

  Disliked: See above.

A Great Place to Stay in Chester

Liked: The location was perfect. Easy to find. Parking was £6 per 24 hours and only a couple of minutes walk. Kitchen was good and very open. The fridge and freezer were as expected. Great thought by staff was to leave fans around the flat as it was a very hot week. Bins for rubbish were easy to find and close to our flat. Toilets were great as there was at least one on every floor. The rooms are well set out. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Clean with reasonably good facilities and, when we saw them, helpful and friendly staff. Fridge content welcome. Excellent for 3 people.

Disliked: Inadequate lighting in main lounge/kitchen with many dud bulbs. Upper bannister stair handle loose and unsafe. Two expellairs not working. No maximum points for no private car parking. Poor electric sockets in main 1st floor bedroom. Much needed to improve.

Liked: Perfect for a night's stay and local to town

Disliked: Didn't not like anything, but the place is a bit tired looking in some areas. Could do with mattress protectors on beds
