Chester is lovely and we could have had a fantastic stay had the heating issue been addressed

Liked: Great location and very quiet neighbourhood. Spacious living and sleeping areas. Comfortable beds. Plentiful hot water.

Disliked: Heating not working throughout our four night stay. It was a simple issue that was fixed after we left. Communication via Booking.com guest portal appeared to suggest action but none materialised.
