WOEFUL, DISSAPOINTING, LIARS AND FRAUDS
Liked: Nothing. Absolutely Horrendous experience and shocking customer service from Polka Stays. Appauling in fact. I am disgusted. Place should be shut down as breaching several contracts, health and safety, etc. Zero communication and lack of apology from Host even when we rang them.
Disliked: We arrived to No Power, Dark, Freezing cold Apartment. Our car space taken and gstes wide open. We informed Host at 4.10pm. (Through booking.com), Booking was unable to get in contact with Host (Polka stays) for hours. Calls, emails etc. We spent 3 hours in the cold and left eventually. Then host asked me to inspect a fuse board in the pitch black as if thats not highly dangerous and irresponsable. I refused as i left. The smell of mold also was strong. It is suppose to be a secure car park and was left open. We arrived and trying to find the code was let in by someone. We could be robbers or anything. It ruined our day and left us without any answer. It was the responsibility of the host company to communicate properly with us snd booking.com. we were eventually told by the Host company that THEY were waiting to get a reply from the host. Even though they themselves ARE the host. Some psychosis behavior there it seems. We were fobbed off and told to wait a further 24 hours and told they couldnt promise me a refund. Liars and breaking several laws and consumer rights. Please god do not stay here. Id rather spend the night in Jefrey Dahmers weekend hang out.

Liked: Clean, modern, parking on site, well placed by the canal for walks into town.

Disliked: The property was riddled with cobwebs and spiders front door to the apartment didn't really fit into the frame had to really jiggle the key to get in and out toilet roll holder was broken
Liked: No Breakfast.
Disliked: The unbearable heat, no AC or or even a fan.
Liked: Decent place with everything you need.
