  Disgusting would never go again, such a shame as the apartment itself is beautifully laid out and sure would have been

  Disliked: No communication with the hosts, unable to gain acsess upon arrival, when finally got into room after 2 hours it was dirty had take away boxes everywhere, washing up in the sink, dirty bedding on and beds not made so clearly not been changed, drugs on the side, smelt of cannabis, broken beds the list is endless Hosts said we’d get a full refund now in October and still no refund

  Disliked: Poor communication. Very stressful to check in, especially parking. I need to contact another provider to open the gate for us, then we cannot access to car park, need to go through the pub. However the pub won’t open till 11.30. The blind of the room need to change, so bright.

  Great location + Great reps + amazing stay

  Liked: Amazing place amazing hosts. Sue and Alex look after us like no other, constantly in contact with us and make sure we are ok and no issues. If I need to stay somewhere in Liverpool, no other place I will look for.

  Disliked: One of the single bed was getting repaired but we never needed and not bother us.
