  Too Notch

Liked: Lovely area, great system of entry to main door and room. Clean throughout, quiet, chilled, team and coffee in room. Can't recommend enough.

  Checked out two days early

Liked: Location was ok for work

Disliked: Unfortunately the noise and the constant traffic of people and shared bathroom wasn’t clean due to residents living there

  Clean, comfortable, value-for-money

Liked: Clean, comfortable, good value-for-money. Room was as pictured, here's even a nice little garden with a patio. Public transport into town (bus 80a) was excellent as well. An easy 8 out of 10 for sure.

Disliked: It's a guesthouse so the quality of your stay will be dependent on the quality and personal standards of the other guests. I was unfortunate to be staying when some of those guests were a little less careful about leaving the bathroom in a dry state, not cooking foul-smelling foods, and not leaving the kitchen extractor fans running at 11pm - which then vibrated into my room directly above the kitchen. There's little the hosts can do about any of that, but it was a minor annoyance. The place itself is great though and I would stay there again.
