  Disliked: The rude receptionist young.shirt brown hair.wen I told her I suffer with anxiety +cud I upgrade my room cos I cudnt sleep in a room below ground she shouted all over reception that's what u get wen u book a cheap room

  Very disappointing, very dark, the room was dull with no proper lighting

  Perfectly located, excellent value, comfy beds and lovey staff!

  Liked: Really beautiful old building with great staff and comfy beds. We were in top floor so very quiet. Great location for City

  Disliked: Front doors were broken so reception area very chilly.

  Very enjoyable and pleasant stay

  Liked: Room was a lovely size, two huge single beds that were so comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and cost £13.50 per person. The shower was good. There was a safe in the room and tea and coffee and bottled water too.

  Disliked: Only downside was the parking fee of £26.50 for just under 24 hours on the Q park at Dale Street. Asked at reception on checking out for parking discount and apparently they don't give discounts now.
