  Great Hotel best staff

  Liked: Location was the best, for my purposes. As a solo female traveler the staff went above and beyond. They really made me feel comfortable and welcome.

  Enjoyed the stay but hotel needs updating and modernising

  Liked: Location very good, close to shopping area and football stadium. Friendly reception staff.

  Disliked: Dining room and reception area very dark and gloomy. Room and bathroom quite dated.
