  Good location, close to city bus stop and services

  Liked: The bathroom was excellent. The bed was adequate but would have preferred a queen size instead of a double bed. Was close to bus stop, shops and food providers.

  Disliked: The TV would switch on without touching the remote. The curtains did not cover all of the windows. Place was showing its age and required a bit more TLC.

  Liked: Was quite clean staff mostly unhelpful and the property they maintain badly they wouldn't except that my wife injury was caused by and it's was there responsibility to make sure guest where in safe environment and maintain property

  Disliked: Mantaince of building bad, quality and quantity of food and virtually no stock in bar no pumps working and trying to avoid excepting responsibility for injury caused property and would have been decent gesture to share copy of accident book and liability insurance had to ask for them to fill out accident book and the staff had to find out what and where it was only after prompting them

  Lovely staff, very comfortable room

  Liked: Lovely olde world property, with a bar and a pool table

  Disliked: Having to go out of the block we were in to get back into main hotel in the rain and wind. Could do with a linking corridor
