Overall really good. New mattress and warning about limited parking

  Liked: Great price and location

Disliked: Mattress needed replacing, very distorted and soft. Parking was a challenge; the car park seemed full all the time. Day and evening.

Liked: The staff were so friendly and welcoming right from the beginning. It is a warm and comfortable space, with good public transport connections (buses especially). The area isn't so far from the city centre either. I thought it was good value for money in somewhere that felt safe and welcoming.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Uncomfortable

  Liked: Staff were nice

Disliked: Family room was really cramped, not like the one on the pictures. Bed was broken so that we kept rolling into the middle in the night. Lamps and mirror frame were cracked. No sleep, had to cancel plans for following day and just go home.
