  Had a very happy time and no problems coming or going from the property

  Disliked: Because of the glass table and lovely coffee table,think it would be better to have coasters.

  Liked: The property was clean, bed was comfy, kitchen was modern. Nice 70 inch TV with streaming sites. Excellent central location. Overall excellent value for money. Building was very secure with multiple doors required to enter through to get inside. Bathroom was spotless and modern. Deposit was refunded promptly within 24hrs of leaving.

  Disliked: The double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses pushed together, so can feel the gap between them when rolling over. The kitchen didn't have that many pots and pans. Small frying pan. Knives were blunt. The lift on site made weird noises/rattling and felt like the case cables were slipping- this needs looking into ASAP. It was noisy during the night due to being next to the cavern quarter but not terrible, I could sleep through it easily and was expected due to the location.

  Liked: The location was in the center of the city, with rapid access to local places of interest.

  Disliked: The parking structure was a long 3 blocks away from the apartment, making the hauling of luggage tiresome work. This place is better suited to the over weekend traveler rather than longer stays if parking is needed. Also, the towel rack was inoperable and, on inquiry, I was told that it was scheduled for replacement the following Wednesday. This is a problem. The facility should be in full working order when turned over to a renter. Also, the fan continued to run for a few minutes after the switch was turned off. This suggests to me that there is some sort of electrical problem. Finally, this apartment is pretty much directly above the Sgt. Pepper club with live music all night. I grew up in the 60's and 70's and was accustomed to oud music from roomates when trying to study or sleep, and I liked the music. But some would find it a problem. Bring ear plugs if that is the case. Good ones.

  Great apartment for the price

  Liked: The location of this venue was great, as I had meetings at LJMU and took the train later on. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Getting the keys was easy, and the communications from the Castle Collection were helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies and the bathroom had plenty of towels.

  Disliked: This apartment is next to the Cavern quarter, which can be fairly noisy. So bring good ear plugs.

Location & Noise:

The apartments are located directly overlooking Mathew Street and Victoria Street in Liverpool City Centre, at the heart of the Cavern Quarter. This is one of the city’s busiest nightlife areas, and noise from bars, music venues, and street activity can continue late into the night. This location may not be suitable for guests sensitive to noise or light sleepers.

Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens; noise will be heard when the toilet is flushed or when water is running.

A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. This is taken as a pre-authorisation 3 days before arrival and released within 7 days of check-out, subject to inspection.

All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on check-out, the full £150 deposit will be charged to cover replacement locks and keys. If keys are later returned, £100 will be refunded, with £50 retained for labour costs.

Office hours are Saturday to Thursday 09:00–17:00 and Friday 09:00–16:00. Out-of-hours emergency support is available for in-house guests only.
