Excellent, great location close to everywhere we need to go

Liked: Room very nice but in future feel hotel should have some rooms with a walk in shower has my husband has dementia and climbing into the bath to have a shower isn’t easy for him. Excellent breakfast. Everywhere extremely clean. Staff amazing especially Denise very friendly and informative. This is the 4th time we stayed with you and will definitely stay again for has long has my husband can manage shower over bath.

Disliked: Excellent hotel, the only down side no walk in shower facilities.

  Birthday treat

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location, short walk to liverpool one. Loved the club lounge.

Disliked: My husband had the steak pie and mash. He said it wasn't proper mash, tasted like smash. Very disappointing for the price and lovely surroundings. The pie was very tasty.
