  Perfect place to stay in Liverpool city centre

  Ladies Weekend in Liverpool

  Liked: Great location, a couple of streets away from the shopping area, bars and restaurant. The apartment was immaculate and had everything in it you would need, great facilities, comfortable beds, reasonably quiet. Easy check-in. Staff always nearby. Great takeaway a few doors away from apartment block,, delicious kebabs!

  I didn't like it, lack of empathy

  Liked: De bom apenas a Localizacao, perto de tudo, fica do lado da estacao do metro e lojas de conveniencia. The only good thing is the location, close to everything, right next to the metro station and convenience stores.

  Disliked: Terrible and stressful experience. Host broke our agreement and left my family stranded in the cold. "An absolutely awful experience. Days before arrival, I confirmed my check-in time with the host via text. He agreed and made no mention of any payment dynamic, especially since my credit card was already registered on Booking.com. While I was on my flight to Liverpool, the host suddenly messaged me demanding a bank transfer via IBAN. Since I was flying, I couldn't see it. Upon arrival, my family and I were locked out in the cold at night. I desperately tried contacting both the host and Booking.com support, but received no response. Left stranded, we had no choice but to urgently book and pay for a nearby hotel just to spend the night. The next day, the host finally replied, rudely telling me I 'had to figure it out' and pay in cash because he didn't accept credit cards. He only granted us access after I went to an ATM, withdrew cash, and paid him. Furthermore, the apartment's condition was poor. The mattress foam was completely worn out and uncomfortable. There weren't enough towels for our group, and the kitchen pans provided didn't work on the induction cooktop. To make matters worse, one night the fire alarm randomly went off and blared for over 10 minutes with no way to turn it off, waking up the entire family. To top it all off, on our final day, he charged me an extortionate £60 fee just for a 3-hour late check-out, showing total greed and absolutely no consideration for the massive trouble he caused us at the beginning. A complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and proper management.

  Liked: Ideally located, whether you do or don't know Liverpool, right in the centre. Liverpool is an accessible City anyway. All the usual fayre, mugs, some Tea Bags and coffee, sachets milk... an iron. Nice shower, place is spacious, we had 5 in there, and was fine.

  Disliked: The mattress we slept in is maybe due a change, felt lumpy. I slept well, so no major issue. They do not give you details of check in until on the day, and you must pay deposit beforehand. For some may just need to be aware of this. All good once you receive it, nice and clear
