  Fabulous luxury apartment in a great location

  Liked: Apartment was fabulous! Spacious, modern and comfortable. Location was excellent. So central for everything.

  Disliked: Slight drain smell from one of the ensuit bathrooms but it didn't affect our stay.

  Very good value but loud at weekends

  Excellent place in central location of Liverpool

  Liked: Excellent room, Clean and confortable. Self check-in process straight forward

  Disliked: The online self ID check is a bit of a pain - but that’s because us travellers Like being lazy - self-check online was faster than having to go through a human tho.

  Excellent would highly recommend

  Liked: The location was amazing, and everybody loved the apartment, lots of videos posted on social media. 😃

  Disliked: There was no ventitation, no windows would open. Couldn t find a brus, picked up 1 and ledt it at the apartment. No cleaning stuff 4 worktops or dishwashing tablets.

  Venue couldn’t care less after they have your money

  Liked: Not much too like when the apartment was a sauna

  Disliked: On check in I raised that the apartment was too hot and the climate control was not working. This was not addressed and I had to sleep in a sauna which led to a very uncomfortable night with no sleep.

Good to know

1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.

2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.

3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.

4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.

5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.

6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.

7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.

8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
