  Liked: Basic but clean comfy rooms. Nice bathroom- immaculate Very friendly staff. Car park underneath hotel is very good. Staff very helpful Good location for us

  Disliked: Breakfast was ok- coffee not good. The front of the sofa bed came off and we couldn't get it back on.

  Great stay, warm and welcoming staff in great location

  Liked: The location is great down by the docs. Staff were warm and welcoming and willing to help. The room was clean and beds comfy. The common areas were always clean and we had a really lovely stay.

  Disliked: The draft from the window was not great - but there was air conditioning so could turn up the warmth. Breakfast - the area is far too small for the amount of guests and even though we were there early it’s very busy with waits to use the waffle machine and coffee machines. The quality of the cooked breakfast was not great - bacon was tough and the sausages were dry. There was the continental breakfast option which was far better

  A good hotel in a great location with full value for money!

  Liked: Excellent location in Liverpool near the docks. Rooms are priced very reasonably with a free hot or cold breakfast. Rooms are clean and tidy. The housekeeping team are on top of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable offering a sofa, desk, comfy beds & pillows, drink making facilities, irons, ironing boards, and 12 clothes hangers and an hair dryer. Bathrooms completed to a really good standard and again very clean. 24-hour reception with drinks and snack bar available. Lift accessible to all floor of the hotel.

  Disliked: The check-in process was really slow on our latest visit ( it wasn’t busy in reception it was just slow), whereas on previous visits it was a lot quicker and less hassle. Limited staff on the check-in desk on our arrival. Some staff better than others in terms of how friendly they were to guests. Some really wanted to help and others didn’t make the same effort. Delta free Taxi phone not great if you speak to an operator as the phone line is faint. Luggage pick up from the store room was hard work even when using the hotels bag strap system.

  Disliked: The window was letting cold air in through the window like it wasn't closed. There was no window handle on window to close it and very noisy from outside There was a smell of dog in the room which we didn't like
