  Don't book via booking.com

  Liked: The staff were friendly

Disliked: The Bed Bugs I found in my room. Having to chase Booking.com customer service down for a refund they weren't going to give me if I didn't ask for it. And then they refunded me a measly £12 out of £99 even though I only stayed for 1 night out of the 2.

Great hotel, well located near Albert Dock

Liked: Great location, clean and spacious room, easy check-in.

Disliked: Room servicing was supposed to be on the 4th of 5 days, or by request. Housekeeping didn't turn up. That was a little disappointing.
