  Great location

  Liked: The staff are excellent,from the reception to the fantastic staff at breakfast... especially at breakfast which was excellent!!

  Disliked: The rooms are very basic for the cost.It's the location which is excellent but the cost of the room doesn't match the decor expected for this price point.The decor is very old fashioned.Lighting is awful as only side lights and one in the entrance. The edge of the voile curtains were very dirty from probably being trapped when opening the window.Pillows are very hard and full of bits of foam..We were looking previously to book again before this weekend, for a weekend in December,but the cost had risen by £200 from seeing it a couple of months ago, to £600 for 2 nights.Just not what we are willing to.pay for a basic room.

  Relaxing

  Liked: We liked the location we have been in hoilday inns before neavy had any issues staff always frendley and helpful we like the bar area looking ouside and watching everyone going about there day lovley hotel and in a good place near everything in liverpool if you like walking.

  Disliked: Can,t thing of anything wife loved everthing so we will deffintley stay again when we come to liverpool

  Comfotable clean hotel opposite lime street

  Liked: Breakfast staff wonderful. Helped me celebrate my birthday with little cake with my breakfast and birthday wishes. Lovely people.

  Disliked: Fact I thought I had booked breakfast included and hadn’t ( think booking. Com must have been unclear. Paid extra for my breakfast very nice.
