  Liked: Everything as usual, staff excellent helpful and friendly. Rooms nice,prefer double to single beds.wish they'd put walk in showers in room 108 and1011 bath rather steep to climb in and out of.lovely breakfast. Looking forward to next stay.

  Disliked: Having to pay £50 per night incase I charged anything to my room or wanted breakfast. I was not aware I had to do this so hadn't enough money

  Disappointed by the parking challenge and the sparseness of the room

  Liked: Room was sparse, bare floor, a couch but no table so not a place to sit.

  Disliked: Nearby and available parking would have helped a great deal (esp on the rainy days). Staff sent us to a location that was blocked off with CLOSED signs. Also, no open space at the hotel entrance to load and unload. Their italian pizza restaurant was out of the italian red wines on the menu. They didn't seem focused on the customer experience.

Due to the London Carriage Works' popularity, the property highly recommends advance booking to guarantee a table. Breakfast costs GBP 19.50 when not added at the time of booking.
