  excellent location and brilliant staffs

  Liked: I liked the bar, restaurant and breakfast. Staffs are very polite, attentive and always smiling. Reception staffs are very welcoming. I reached the property at 9 am and the room was ready by 10.30 am

  Disliked: i booked premium room but the size of the room was not so big. Lighting is not good and found dark when its not bright outside. No Extra pillows in the room. The room was equiped with free bar but no wine glasses

  Liked: Breakfast not so good on first day but fine after that. Staff friendly, good location and great view of Liver building. Good sized room, excellent shower. Very quiet at night.

  Disliked: Room looked nice but was very impractical, no hooks to hang wet coats on, one tiny dressing table/desk which had to have the kettle on, bedside tables round and easy to knock stuff off when groping around at night (no drawers), not able to put suitcases under bed, frosted glass bathroom door means you light up the whole room when using it at night waking up the other half.
