  Does the job, with a small caveat

  Liked: The location was good in terms of convience to central Liverpool and it was fairly quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space for storage for one person. The hot water in the shower was consistent. Easy to get in and out of the accomodation.

  Disliked: The toilet in my room was leaking. While it was a slow leakage, the slight sewage smell was unpleasant and it seeped into the room from the bathroom. The team were responsive and offered their maintenance team to come and check it, but I declined for personal reasons. I made a point to them that the host of an accomodation is responsible for checking that their premises are ready for people to come and stay in. Thankfully, a hand towel was enough to stop the smell from being too unbearable and to prevent leakage water from going everywhere for the duration of my stay, but it was disappointing to say the least.

  Liked: I am very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, there was nobody at reception, and I had to wait outside for over 30 minutes. Even though I had already paid, I was told my booking was not on the list. I was let into my room without a key and told to knock on the hotel door every time I wanted to come back because there was no one at reception. I only received my key later that evening from the security guard. I also paid £75 for housekeeping, but my room was never cleaned during my stay. I want a full refund of the £75. The room was also in poor condition, with spider webs and a broken shower head. This is not acceptable.
