Liked: 3 rooms on the second floor are good

Disliked: The apartment is spacious enough for 4–5 people, with separate beds. However, the upstairs room was extremely cold and had a very dangerous ladder. The whole house felt very cold—the temperature never rose above 20°C—and I became ill after sleeping there. Some basic supplies were missing, including toilet air freshener and dishwasher tablets, and the couch was uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, it may suit a couple with children during warm weather, but it wasn’t comfortable for us.

  Great area also. Thank you

Liked: I booked this property as I travelled with family to move my daughter over to Liverpool to start university. Great big property. Close to the city centre and lots of amenities around. Easy to access the property and great communication from property owner. 😊

Disliked: Everything. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Everything you needed facility wise. Even a dishwasher.

Spacious but not suitable for families

  Liked: It is spacious

Disliked: Serious safety hazard for young children. The property has many safety issues. The carpets are incredibly old, heavily ripped, and dirty. Worse, the exposed carpet tack nails are pointing upwards and hurt my children's feet so many times. The listing completely failed to mention the poor condition of the flooring. Bathroom is leaking. Not safe for families

Liked: Location was easy to access town and the house is very spacious - it would be good if some information was included for locations to visit!

Disliked: The lock on the toilet was broken and the entry pad for the front door was difficult to manage as there was no clear instructions on how to use it properly - we had to figure it out ourselves
