  Our mum/daughter weekend was fantastic - so glad I chose the malmaison

  Liked: Didn’t have breakfast. Asia on reception was an absolute star! She was so helpful & really looked after us! She & her team are a real asset to the Malmaison Liverpool!

  Overall a lovely stay, but had the potential to be so much better

  Liked: Good location, really comfy bed and massive bath. Some of the reception staff were so cheerful and helpful, but the staff member at our departure was fairly miserable, and seemed annoyed that I was letting him know about the faulty hairdryer.

  Disliked: Rooms needs updating - we had a club deluxe room and it was very tired, and not very clean.

Good to know

When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Please note there is no parking on site. Surcharge secure public parking is available nearby.

The breakfast included rates include a Full Cooked Breakfast.

Please be aware that when you travel with pets, there is an additional fee of £25 per pet per night, or £40 for up to two pets.
