  A very real experience of Liverpool

  Liked: A very down-to-earth place, with open and interesting/interested staff who provided for individual needs. I learnt a lot about local Liverpool and the issues that matter to people. It was not the sort of place I was used to staying in, and in many ways I valued that. Very genuine and caring people. Bus link to central Liverpool was excellent.

  Disliked: I probably needed a former mattress and pillow but that is very individual, and I didn't actually mention that to the staff. It was also a bit cool in the room, but there was an electric heater and I could have asked the staff about that.

  Disliked: The room absolutely stank of cannabis. The beds were filthy, stains everywhere on the sheets and towels and the beds itself were rusty. We didn't end up staying and left to go to a different hotel..... Honestly avoid at all cost it really is not worth it.

  Picked the property for location and to fit the budget, it was so much more than expected. Really helped in the family h

  Liked: Nice warm welcome on arrival:) more space in the family room (4) than we thought there would be. Everyone really enjoyed their breakfast - especially the little ones who had some ‘cocoa boulders’ easy access to nanna’s house and into town centre on the bus.

  Disliked: There wasn’t anything they didn’t like, but a little night light would be helpful in the family room, for ease of finding the bathroom in the night.

  Handy location, bus 50 yards away for Centre and back

  Liked: Very good breakfast. The flies were quite a pain. perhaps need a zapper in the corner away from food.

  Disliked: Flies shower cubicles need replacing,. Perhaps when funding is available
