  Good hotel, never had any problems in all the years I've been going but a bit wary now

  Liked: This is a hotel I always come back to, the location is perfect, the staff are usually nice and it has a pool.

  Disliked: I had two issues at this hotel, which has made me question whether or not I'd like to go back, the first problem was when I checked into my room, I could hear scratching, squeaking and running around in the room so had to be put elsewhere, 9 floors up, the second problem was upon checking out, one of my bags went missing when leaving it in the hotel, the staff weren't very helpful, showed no empathy in the situation and I am yet to hear back from them about it.

  We had a lovely stay and would return

  Liked: Location and staff very helpful. Room was ready when we arrived and pool etc great.

  Disliked: Room was really cold. Staff helpful and got a heater really quickly. Also pool table was covered by a wooden block so we couldn’t use it.
