  Scammers kindly never deal with them directly

  Liked: I originally booked my stay through Booking.com. After I checked out, I received a message asking me to contact them directly by text for future stays. I was told by Dee and Mary from customer service that they could arrange future bookings through Booking.com. I contacted them as instructed and made the payment, but my stay was later cancelled. I was promised a refund, but I never received it. When I asked for proof of the refund or a transaction reference, they blocked me instead of providing any evidence. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise guests to make all bookings and payments directly through Booking.com.

  Wonderful place!!

  Liked: The place is incredible!! You’re literally right across from Anfield, and I got some amazing photos of the stadium. The staff helped us with everything, and even though the area is currently being renovated, it’s already looking great! We truly felt like part of the neighborhood. What a place! Up the Reds! 🔴⚽️ YNWA!

  Disliked: The place was disgusting, i wouldn't let an animal sleep there. Nothing at all like the pics on booking.com my wife felt unsafe there so we had to make a decision and that was to book another hotel at a cost of £300 which i might add was the same price as this we almost missed the start of the gig we went to see because of this. Its clear that booking.com do absolutely no checks on the properties that they advertise. When I challenged for a refund I have been told I wouldnt get one as I didnt contact the property to give them chance to sort out. What should I do in this situation we only just made the show that we traveled from Nottingham to see besides what were they going to do rebuild the place absolute joke. This is not the end of this and booking.com and the property should expect to hear from my solicitor as im furious, also I will note that o will never use booking.com again which is sad to say but never mind. I strongly advise against anyone using this property.
