  Pleasant, Suitable for walking distance for Stadium and Setford Park

  Liked: a little different to what i expected but it served its purpose and was very handy for walking back from Setford Park later in the evening

  Disliked: Maybe the beds could of been alittle more comfy with mattress, parking wasnt quite as expected but was able to park outside the house

  Liked: Well equipped, spacious. 4 miles from the docks, and close to A field if you are going to the football.

  Disliked: Nothing major wrong. Parking over football matches tricky, and be good if one of the rooms had a couple of singles/bunks, my kids would rather have not shared a bed, but really it was all good. We couldn't get the TV to work, but that may have been us!

  For almost £200 for a night even on a game day. Wouldn’t stay here again if it was less than half that price!

  Liked: The location was a positive. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

  Disliked: Place is described as refurbished! It’s far from it! Smell of stale smoke. Floor looked like it hadn’t been washed in forever. Many items of furniture that are in the advertised photos aren’t there. TV didn’t seem to be connecting to any signal. Lumpy pillows. Smoke detector next door needed a new battery (not their fault I know) stains on the sofa. Burn mark from the iron on the floor in the bedroom.

  Don't travel with elderly family for football

  Liked: Big house

  Disliked: Travelled for football with my 73 year old grandma for the walking distance only to be told on arrival we had to park at a different location which is 36 minutes walk. Not even told before had to read it in a book. Neighbours banging all night

  Good place to stay

  Liked: Good value for money. Three good size bedrooms and beds (all double/king size). Nice pictures and decorations. Our children enjoyed TV with an internet connection. Very good kitchen and all necessary utensils and crockery. Nice bathroom. Check-in instructions were very good, no issues at all.

  Disliked: Some of the furniture was in a very used shape i.e. wobbly chairs or window (was not able to close some of them). Very unkept garden, however we welcomed the garden as our dogs always like to dander outside. Overall a good place to stay - it met our needs.

  Location was within walking distance of stadium but the property needs maintenance and cleaned

  Liked: Location was within walking distance of Liverpool stadium.

  Disliked: Cleanliness, broken bed and windows, smell of stale cigarette smoke. Area was noisy and felt unsafe due to visible drug use. Had this property been clean inside the area wouldn’t have been an issue.
