  Excellent base to explore Liverpool. Excellent facilities, excellent staff; I do hope to return

  Liked: The staff were exceptional, very friendly & helpful. The apartment was so central, Tesco on the corner. The kitchen was well kitted out with 5 ring gas hob, fridge freezer, washer drier, wine cooler fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & sufficient cooking utensils & tea-towel. Welcome pack of tea/ coffee/ milk sachets provided. I had read about noise from the street but I didn’t really notice it- I had the windows closed as it was a cold & wet night. Overall it was the most relaxing work stay I’ve ever had.

  Disliked: Just 1 slight improvement would be to have cling film available so as to protect the microwave from splashes.

Good to know

Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bookings of 3 or more apartments are considered group bookings and a 25% deposit (nonrefundable) will be debited from the guest's card at the time of booking.

Please note the entrance to the car park is steep.

Please note that the only pets we welcome are dogs. Unfortunately, cats and any other pets are not allowed at Posh Pads. It is the guest's responsibility to check what pets are welcome and we will refuse any other pets upon check-in, with no reimbursement for the stay.

Note that dogs are allowed where notice has been given prior to arrival. Posh Pads reserve the right to not let dogs stay if we haven't had notice at least 24 hours before check-in time (15:00).

Additional charge of £20/night and dog or £100/week and dog if staying 7 nights or more (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
