  A great couple of days away for shopping and sightseeing

  Liked: Our twin bedded room was a good size with plenty of room to walk around. The only thing I would say was that where the mirror was located was a bit dark which only made it possible to dry hair. The location was great with a 5 minute walk to Albert dock.

  Disliked: I didn’t like my pillow it was too hard and no softer one as an alternative.

  Other than the things mentioned, it’s a great hotel and the staff are great

  Liked: Close to the venue for the UK Drum Show

  Disliked: If possible think about extra staff when the drum show is on. Room service is too slow, bar food too slow, things were forgotten, the bar runs out of popular drinks. Saturday evening early ran out of Baileys and still not replenished on Sunday evening.
