  Disliked: Waited ages for the reception staff to check in. WiFi didn't work during our stay. We did ask at reception who said they report it to IT but it was a Friday so it never got rectified and it was an AI chatbot we ended up messaging! We were offered a late checkout due to waiting, but it was of no use to us as we had plans for the following day. Had to fully make up our own sofa beds which I wasn't expecting to do after a long day sight seeing.

  Very good stay overall,the staff were very friendly and great with kids. Handy location to find and use to get round the

  Liked: Very accessible to shops etc,we could walk to everything including train station.

  Disliked: Bit noisy as construction works going on next building,not fault of apartments but was noisy in mornings.
