  Great location. Very good value for money

  Liked: Excellent location. Castle Street is pedestrianised, and has plenty of restaurants if you don't want to travel far to eat. You can walk to Lime Street Railway Station in ten minutes. The atmosphere is pleasant inside the apartment. You can hear a tiny bit of hustle and bustle from the streets and nightlife, but nothing too excessive. Outside can be busy, but there was a local event on the Monday evening when I stayed. My apartment. A very good standard. Everything was included, as advertised. A comfortable sofa and bed. A generous set of kitchen equipment. No tea coffee etc. provided, but there is a Sainsbury's local very close by. The bathroom was clean and some toiletries were provided. Overall. Very good value for money.

  Disliked: Only minor complaints. The check in procedure was a little bit late, but the friendly woman on the phone explained about curtains being changed. The key safe box is a little bit fiddly. Some areas urgently needed a dusting, especially on the high wall above the bedroom. The toilet and shower pump are VERY noisy, but only for a brief period of time.

  Short, positive stay

  Liked: Central location, clean and very reasonably priced. Collecting room keys was straightforward thanks to clear communication by the property. We will certainly consider returning here in future.

  Disliked: Could hear a lot of what was going on elsewhere. Thin walls? Only a minor complaint as it did not stop us from sleeping!

  The location, the place as itself and the rooms were perfect, just those little details but not a big deal

Apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.

This property is located in a busy area in the city center, guests may experience some noise from outside.

Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens, you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running.

This property accommodates guests on a long term basis and all guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise internally.

Loft Apartment – this has 2 bedroom areas separated by privacy walls.

Duplex Apartment – the twin room is in the old safe and is up steep metal stairs.

The property charges this as a pre-authorization 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full, subject to an inspection of the property.

All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on check out, the full £150 security deposit will be charged to cover the costs of a replacement lock and keys. Should the key(s) be returned following this charge, a £100 refund will be issued. The £50 will be kept as a cost of labor.
