  Very central and clean enough

  Liked: I loved how central it was and how close to Matthew Street it was. It was also large. Most of it was clean too.

  Disliked: I didn't like that the light on the spiral staircase was out and that I had to climb the top flight of stair in pitch black as it was dangerous. There were also cobwebs on the ceiling. It was also quite basic.

  Over all lovely stay

  Liked: Property is spacious and well equipt Fantastic for shopping and bars and restaurants. Right in the heart of it all

  Disliked: Can be noisy from the bars around and the bin lorry coming at 5am was very loud but everyone has a job to do.

  Good value, central spot where you can mix eating out and self catering

  Liked: Spacious apartment in a very central location, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine (no coffee machine but if you're into it loads of great coffeeshops nearby). Opening windows in lounge and bedroom much appreciated.

  Disliked: No real attempt at making it feel homely - a few pictures would go a long way. Slow leak in the boiler cupboard (reported so hopefully getting fixed) which has led to a mouldy damp patch in there - you don't notice unless you open the door. The lane has the bins for The Ivy so you do get a regular glass tipping clatter into the recycling in the evening - not a problem for us though. Duvet and linen middling quality.

Please note that the property will send check-in codes via email on the day of check-in.

Kindly note the accommodations is accessible via a spiral staircase only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.

Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens, you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running.

A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorization 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full, subject to an inspection of the property.

All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on check out, the full £150 security deposit will be charged to cover the costs of a replacement lock and keys. Should the key(s) be returned following this charge, a £100 refund will be issued. The £50 will be kept as a cost of labor.
