  Nice but slightly inconvenient

  Liked: Great location and apartment was small but nice. Stayed here previously and paid much less, but got a larger apartment, but that may just be due to availability.

  Disliked: The lift was broken which we were not made aware of before arrival. This meant that we had to climb to the third floor every time we wanted to leave which was not fun in heels. If we had known we probably would have booked elsewhere for convenience sake. Other than that it was great.

  My first and last time I stay in a property with a saniflow drain

  Liked: The location. The comfortable bed.

  Disliked: The saniflow that loudly went off when having a shower or washing your hands.

  Great apartment and good location

  Liked: Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great for shops, bars and restaurants.

  Disliked: Nothing major but our room (103) was above the thai restaurant so our room had a constant smell of curry and spices which did get a bit much throughout our stay.

  Liked: Excellent location and value for money. The apartment was large and spacious, bed was comfortable.

This property is located in a busy area in the city center, guests may experience some noise from outside.

Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens, you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running.

This property accommodates guests on a long term basis and all guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise internally.

This property will NOT accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorization 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be returned in full, subject to an inspection of the property.

All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on check out, the full £150 security deposit will be charged to cover the costs of a replacement lock and keys. Should the key(s) be returned following this charge, a £100 refund will be issued. The £50 will be kept as a cost of labor.
