  I had a pleasant experience

  Liked: Hot tub was good, massive room, comfy bed, bar was very good, bar staff are excellent

  Disliked: Could do with a bit of a hoover and a dust in places

  Amazing place to stay A*****

  Liked: The room was huge, and the spa bath was an added bonus 👌 loved it, so comfortable, clean, staff were really friendly and helpful breakfast was delicious, and we were a few minutes walk from everything, perfect location, will deffo be back again, loved our stay here

  Exceptional Staff

  Liked: All the staff were amazing especially Jade. As a terminally ill person with cancer Jade did not make me feel uncomfortable when I did not wear my wig. None of the staff were aware of my health issues and yet nothing was too much trouble for them. They probably thought I was just fussy. Amazing team of staff with exceptional customer service skills

  Disliked: No facility in suite to make a drink but staff did provide me with a mug of tea. Cooked breakfast was cold at 7.30am and bacon was very hard

  Liked: Dylan behind the bar so down to earth and a credit to the company. Very likeable character
