  Excellent location close to Liverpool Lime train station. Would stay again

  Liked: Excellent location, short walking distance to Liverpool Lime train station. But no noise. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Adequate size room for short term stay. Ok there was no breakfast since planned to meet friends elsewhere. Met all our expectations. Would stay again.

  Nothing extra to say

  Liked: Staff were lovely. Property was clean. In centre of town close to station but quiet. Nothing was worn down. I only noticed the kettle was a little old but after first night when I asked for more tea bags the staff changed it to a brand new set-up without me even putting in a request! It made me feel like they cared about little details.

  Disliked: The room was quite pokey. My view was a dirty flat room from an opposite building with a big vent axia fan coming from its side. Not noisy, just depressing sight so I closed the curtains whilst in the room so as not to see it. I think I was just unlucky in my room and they’re not all like that.

  Liked: Location was good close to everything.

  Disliked: Poor value for money.Was meant to stay 2 nights but cut it short as room was awful. Needed a good clean towels were awful! Had no sleep!!!!!

For guests staying in the Studio Suite, a security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. Directions: Leave Liverpool Lime Street station by the main entrance by The Crown pub. Walk along Lime Street for a couple of minutes and you will see The Britannia Hotel. Walk across the road onto Mount Pleasant where the property will be located. The Liverpool Inn Hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Lime Street Station.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
