  Overall a great stay and would stay again

  Liked: Loved the interior design, truly amazing place to stay

  Disliked: Breakfast could have been much better and the parking wasn’t the best but that wasn’t due to the staff it was due to a couple of inconsiderate guests who didn’t know how to park!

  Disliked: On booking in you have to pay £50 by card which is held in case of damage or cleanliness issues on booking out, which is unbelievable considering the state of the room, walls cracked, hot and cold missing from taps in bathroom, scratched furniture floor and mirror, peeling wallpaper, ore from bedroom window was of the laundry which was left out in the rain all night, thin quilt on bed no top sheet, offer of continental breakfast was tinned fruit, processed cheese slices and meat, the toaster was filthy, of if I had known it was going to be that bad I would have slept in the car

  Excellent every time, that's why we keep going every weekend

  Liked: A good continental breakfast plenty of everything. Room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable Staff are superb The bar is great

  Liked: Clean and big room, very nice looking property.

  Disliked: Breakfast was very limited but I don't usually eat breakfast anyway so I wasn't really bothered, was nice to have as an option.

  Awful value for money. Avoid

  Liked: Location is great. Room was clean.

  Disliked: Bed was so uncomfortable. Pillows hard. Mattress lumpy and uneven. Windows not double glazed and the wind whistled through the gaps causing them to bang against the frames. Cracked tiles and sink in the bathroom. Lighting awful. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had anywhere I've stayed. Cold boiled eggs in a bowl, toast your own waffle. Brioche from a packet. Save your money and stay somewhere further out of the city. An uber is super cheap (£6) and you will sleep in a decent bed!

  disappointing - did not provide parking as agreed and confirmed in the booking

  Disliked: Reserved car parking space which was confirmed in writing. On arrival no parking available for me. the front car park had been closed - reserved for ''filming'' in the morning. Who still had not arrived when I left at 07.30. The rear car park accommodated about 6 cars and one very large pick up and was full. I had to park some considerable distance down the main road. As requested I could have been accommodated on the front car park as I was leaving at 07.30 evidently before the film people / vehicles were arriving.
