It was a great night and our evening meal was wonderful

Liked: Beautiful building. Staff were attentive and professional.

Disliked: The bathroom door needs to have a soft close fitted as it banged very loudly. Chair is in the way when navigating around the bedroom. TV is very low and difficult to watch when in bed.

Wouldn’t stay at another hotel in Liverpool. Quiet, excellent staff and comfortable

Liked: Convenient. Very comfortable. Staff all exceptional and very good with grandson.

Disliked: Perhaps a mirror above dressing table or a better positioned mirror and lighting to do hair. Think paying £50 for use of pool a bit steep.

Fantastic! A lovely stay and a wonderful experience

Liked: Excellent location. Clean, cosy rooms. Nice cocktails in the bar. Turn down service was a lovely touch.

Pleasant stay but it could have been better

Liked: Room was nice, bed was very comfortable. We were allocated a room was a wet room. We would have appreciated a room with a bath instead.

Disliked: The use of the pool was £50 extra per person, we found that shocking. Most hotels include that in the price of the stay.

  Generally excellent

Liked: We really loved the Hotel itself and the location. It was a very comfortable stay. A great birthday celebration for us both and something we hopefully will repeat in the near future.

Disliked: I didn’t like the way that my lost property issue had been handled. Unfortunately I had forgotten my bag and jewellery in the safe when we checked out. I only realised when I arrived home and I called the hotel immediately. I was rather surprised to hear they couldn’t find my bag although the safe has been checked and a new customer checked in. They only realised that the safe had never been checked after we checked out. I finally got my property but It was a stressful time after we had experienced a fabulous few days.
