  I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to get a nights sleep

  Liked: Location on very central. Busy street with restaurants and cafes. Short walk to the shops. But a central location also brings noise. The staff were helpful.

  Disliked: Many things - because of its central location and only 3 floors the outside noise is next level. Street noise went on until 5 in the morning and the restaurant on ground floor turned on their music at 7:30am. Our TV was damaged, cigarette burns on the couch, the shower was cold and would not heat, 2 door handles were broke including the 1 bathroom and the main door, the WiFi information did not work, there was broken glass in the bedroom.

  Well located apartment and no sound proofing

  Liked: Good size and comfortable beds. Very central location next to good coffee shops & shops. Good crash pad for party focused group not young families.

  Disliked: Bad smell in lounge, no sound proofing and big university party night on street so heard everything until 3am. Requested child’s cot which was broken (okay) but when reported initial response was poor in sending a Manual. Customer services did try to help but was slow & unhelpful initially. Be aware up many stairs if young family.

  Lovely Flat in a great location

  Liked: Lovely modern flat on the popular Bond Street with a view over the bombed out church. Handy for the entire city including train stations. Good communication from the owner.

  Disliked: Bond Street is lively, use the supplied ear plugs if your a light sleeper (didnt bother me)

  Excellent location

  Liked: Great location and modern furnishings

  Disliked: Entry door handle was damaged. Windows were excellent for keeping out noise but lack of air con meant the rooms were very warm as a result

  Perfect apartment when visiting Liverpool for events

  Liked: Fantastic location,only a short walk from Lime Street Station. Gorgeous apartment,clean and comfortable. As previous reviews have mentioned,it can be a little noisy at certain times through the night however this did not bother us and there were ear plugs available in the apartment. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

  Disliked: Nothing.
