  Unfortunately, our stay was not quite what we had hoped for, and I would like to share our experience honestly…Overall

  Liked: Pros: The location is excellent, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and in a lively part of the city. The staff were nice and welcoming, and the room had decent, minimalist furniture.

  Disliked: Cons: The room was quite cold at night, despite having the heating on continuously. The bathroom also lacked proper privacy, as the door was made of glass, had a hole in it, and did not close properly. Additionally, we experienced some issues with the lighting, which would occasionally flicker quite dramatically.

  Good value for money, don’t expect anything amazing

  Liked: Great location, the room was suitable for my short stay.

  Disliked: The room was a bit out dated, mouldy window frames, window had to be held open, only one battery in the tv remote, bathroom door was literally falling off the hinges which made it very hard to open as it was sticking to the floor.

  Just what you need for a place to sleep

  Liked: Great location for the football and night life. Greg's outside for morning breakfast!. 15 walk to Limestreet. About 30 walk to Everton.

  Disliked: Minor issue, no kettle hot drink in room. It's a maze in there!

Directions: Follow M62, M58 or A580 to Liverpool. On reaching the city, continue on Bowring Park/A5080, leading into Edge Lane/A5047. Turn right onto Commutation Row, left onto Churchill Way/A57 and follow A57 round into Dale Street. Turn left onto Castle Street and the hotel is on your left - there is a loading bay outside. For parking information you can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Upon check-in, you must present your Booking Confirmation(s) together with an original, valid photo identification document (such as a national registration identity card, passport, driver’s license, or any other form of identification as required by the Hotel)!

A deposit may be required at the property.
