  If it wasn't for the bed it would be a 10!!!

  Liked: Location great, Room great has little fridge with bottles water in, a microwave couple of plates bowls and cutlery.Tea and coffee making facilities also if you wanted some more there was some in the foyer along with fruit few pastries, milk,orange juice 😋.Iron in the room, enough storage space big TV WiFi bit hit and miss but have had worse.Shower was lovely perfect temperature. Managed to get an early check in which was great 👍 All instructions to get to and in the property were very clear and precise.

  Disliked: The bed! Not good great size me and the hubby were in different postcodes! It was really uncomfortable had springs that kept springing every time you moved.The bed is the only reason it didnt get a 10 keep the size get rid of the springs lol.

  Best stay in liverpool by far

  Liked: All of it how handy it was to the centre. The room was immaculate. Comfortable beds great tv channels not bog standard. Lovely on suite. And the reception where you can help yourself to breakfast was a great touch. Will book again

  Urban Pod, a surprisingly good place to stay

  Liked: Very modern pod hotel room with many extras. Surprisingly very well equipped. Was pleasantly surprised once we entered through the scaffolding at how big the lobby area is and how well presented. The room was easy to find although the modern non key entry was a bit baffling for me not being very tec savy. The bathroom was adequate with everything you needed, good size shower and good water pressure. With an iron, board, mini fridge, kettle, crockery, tv, desk and other small touches it was just what was needed for us. Very clean and modern, although no chairs in sit on all in the room. The bed was very firm. So not to my liking but everyone has their own preference on mattress firmness, so don't take that as a negative point.

  Disliked: There was very little natural light in our room as the window was very small and below street level There was no mention of building works above, scaffolding all around, this detracted from the front of the building and the noise in the morning from the workers and machinery
