Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean, beautiful location would definitely recommend it. We would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Would have liked bedside lamps as I like to read at night.

  Great stay

Liked: It was very welcoming, the staff were very lovely and the room was very cosy and clean. Close to Paddington so city centre easily accessible. Over all a pleasant experience. Sheila’s cafe for breakfast is a 5 minute walk.

10/10. Would 100% stay here again if the need arises

Liked: Perfect location for our midweek break. Very near Paddington station, so we could get to our activities easily.

Disliked: Woken up earlier than we would have liked due to a crew digging up the road outside. Just unlucky though, as they probably won’t be doing that again any time in the near future.

  Convenient but far from perfect

Liked: The location. We stayed there to attend a concert at Royal Albert Hall and it was a good location for that. Also close to tube station.

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were god awful. There was no water left for us in the property. There were only 2 coffee pods and 2 tiny milk packets. The receptionist was not very welcoming.
