  Disliked: Stains on towels and bed comforter/sheets, no microwave in the room, breakfast could’ve been better, smelly toilet/sewer but it went away after a few days

  For the price and location it is a convenient stay but more as a base

  Liked: Great location. It is a 5min walk to Paddington station and to Hyde park.

  Disliked: It’s very small and the bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The stairs are very difficult to get your bags up. There is no lift

  Liked: We stayed at the hotel for a week and we really liked everything. The hotel location is excellent. It was quiet and clean. Full and delicious breakfasts. Special thanks to the staff for their kindness and responsiveness.

  Two night city break

  Liked: It was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and on both occasions it has been a very pleasant and quiet stay. The staff were also very pleasant. The welcome soft drink and snacks were a nice touch. The location for Transport is perfect along with there being a lot of restaurants in the area. Luggage storage was ideal both on our arrival and when we left, so we were free to explore the city easier. Breakfast in the hotel, was enough to set us up for a good day out.

  Disliked: The bathroom was functional but it was small and very compact to move around in.
