Great location, but better options available

Liked: Good location close to Kings Cross.

Disliked: Room small, and bathroom tiny. Couldn’t open the bathroom door without moving the bed. Staff could have been more helpful on arrival. Exposed wires in hairdryer which didn’t seem to work, although we were told that was user error.

Liked: The young woman on reception was very helpful as our room was on the top floor and she helped us to carry up our luggage as there was no lift. A very comfortable bed. It was nice and clean. Is very close to Kings Cross station for our train home the next morning.

Disliked: Very small shower room but good that we had that facility. The fact that there is no lift.

Hotel is OK for one night before catching an early train

Liked: Very convenient location for St Pancras International station.

Disliked: The room is tiny especially the bathroom which is probably too small for comfort. We had known beforehand on the room being small but the bathroom is bordering on the size for comfort.

  Liked: Good location

Disliked: Room was tiny, bathroom drainage was a strong smell. Mattress and duvet very thin. I am sure it was tap water in complimentary water in room.
