  Spacious and quiet room close to the Tower of London

  Liked: The Room was really quiet, no noise from outside or from the neighbouring rooms. And I loved the quilt - warm and large and so much better than the messy blankets they used to have in the UK.

  Disliked: Hardly worth mentioning but the water pipes make a pitiful noise when water is running.

  Perfect little stay on our first night in London. Would stay here again and longer if back in the area

  Liked: I thought the location was perfect. Staff was so helpful and accommodated an early check in based on our arrival.

  The perfect stay

  Liked: The room was amazing, the bed so comfy and the facilities awesome. I ate in the restaurant that evening and it was delicious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

  Very comfortable, happy and in a fantastic location

  Liked: The room was excellent - spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable too. The supplies of tea and water were a nice touch. Everything you needed was in the room. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We liked it a lot and would come back to stay.

  Disliked: There were no hooks on the wall of the bathroom for the bath and hand towels. There is a step between the carpet and tiled area in Room 550, which needs to be fixed, as my husband tripped a few times. We had to turn off the heating/cooling in the room because the fan is loud - at this time of the year it was not a problem as the temperatures were fine, but had it been a hot summer or freezing weather, this would have been a problem. I would have preferred a window I could open to let fresh air in, but this is the design of the building, and there is nothing you could do. The last thing is the breakfast. The restaurant was understaffed most days, and the food was cold when served in the first 2 days - I had to request hot food on the last day. The buffet area needs more fruit so it doesn't run out so quickly.

  Comfortable

  Liked: Very comfy chair and footstool. Bed and pillows lovely and comfy.

  Disliked: Bathroom could have done with more light as a little dark and shower under powered.
