  Great stay

  Liked: Great facilities, very convenient, made our stay in London excellent.

  Liked: Polite staff Swimming pool and jacuzzi

  Disliked: The USB plug wasnt working in my room. Breakfast is not buffet system which I didnt know until I reached to hotel. So I had to pay alot.

  Not enjoyable

  Liked: The location and the pool

  Disliked: The bed wasn’t comfortable, I had body aches. The room is so small No pots and pans in the one bedroom flat to cook.

  Certain nights are good value but there are better alternatives for same money

  Liked: Close to dlr and Tesco.

  Disliked: Slightly higher prices and competition from similar makes this seem less good value. I can pay GBP20 extra for no DLR noise, an evening bar, better decor, a shower I can fit in and some kitchenware I don’t have to wait an hour to have delivered.

  It’s not as described it’s not really a hotel

  Liked: the pool is wonderful but otherwise it’s essentially a hostel

Good to know

-ARK Canary Wharf is an adult only hotel (no under 18s).

-The same credit card used to make the booking must be presented at time of check-in along with a photo ID. When booking 8 rooms or more, different policies apply.

-To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, we reserve the right to temporarily hold a pre-authorized amount during your stay. The same credit card used to make the booking must be presented at time of check-in along with an ID.

-For stays of 1–6 nights, housekeeping will be provided on the 4th day. For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning will be provided as usual. Additional cleaning available upon request.

-Please note there are no ACs in the studios, however, if required, fans are available from the hub. -This property does not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

-Please note all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

-When booking 8 rooms or more, different policies apply.

-Bar service at Mthr (Floor 20) has now stopped. Evening menu available at Another Brother (Ground Floor). Check timings at Hub.

-Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 08:00:00.
